Resort Summary: Bear Valley Village rests at 7,000′ on the west slope of the Sierra Nevada. Upon entering the quaintmountain village, visitors encounter a unique atmosphere far different from typical tourist areas. BearValley is home to a variety of shops, services, cabins, condominiums and mountain properties, not tomention clear mountain air, rivers, lakes & streams, towering pine trees and dramatic vistas in alldirections. Located throughout the friendly walking village are a variety of sports, clothing, & gift shops,restaurants and lodges/hotels. Equipment, guide services and information for nearly every type ofoutdoor activity are available year ’round for rent or sale in Bear Valley Village. Bear Valley boasts anatural snowfall average of 359 inches (30 feet) annually. Our advanced snowmaking system covers anetwork of runs served by 9 lifts; beginner through advanced terrain; blankets 795 vertical feet;approximately 100 acres of coverage.
