Take 3,500 acres of terrain for all ability levels, add 400+ inches of annual snowfall, plus the # 1 rated terrain park in North America, where many of the world’s best skiers and riders are regularly seen. Top it all off with 300+ annual days of sweet California sunshine and it doesn’t get any better than this!
The Mammoth crowd travels from Los Angeles and San Diego where it continues its beach party style and attitude. There’s plenty of winter fun to go around, even when the lifts stop turning! The most active Apres Ski festivities are at the Mammoth base lodges including everyone’s favorite, “Tusk’s” in the main lodge. On a warm sunny day the deck will be full of sun worshipers listening to a live band. As soon as the sun sets below the mountains, all activities move indoors to numerous clubs and restaurants. Returning to Camp in 2012
Well it’s getting to that time of the year when camp is coming to an end. I’m sure there will be quite a few teary eyes to come. Reading over Facebook posts lets us (CCUSA Staff) remember what we’re missing out on now.
I’m really glad to say that we are already getting hammered by participants enquiring on how to go back to camp. It’s really easy!
- BEFORE leaving camp, request from you camp director a referral letter / returnee invite.
- When you get home either contact CCUSA directly or log into your Footprints account and complete a returnee application. Mostly this is done by automatically copying your 2011 camp application. You just need to verify details.
- Pay your returnee fee and post supporting documents to CCUSA.
- CCUSA then process your application and arrange what needs to be done then! Too easy.
Didn’t go to camp through CCUSA this year? No problem. CCUSA are happy to assist you in returning to camp as well. You’ll need to do the same as a past CCUSA participant as listed above but will need to actually complete a returnee application. The returnee app is really simple, nothing like your first camp app!
So have a great remainder of camp. If you’re interested in assisting CCUSA during the 2012 season, please contact us ASAP. Let us know your returning date to Australia so we can coordinate the training. Email us ASAP to australia@ccusa.com.au
